So, when the heartful blogger offered to exchange REAL handwritten letters with me:
envelopes and stamps, and things that 'plop' through the door delivered by a real live person, called 'the postman', I jumped at the opportunity.
And when the first one arrived this morning I was so thrilled. I realised how much I had missed a good 'down to earth' letter, not something submitted through an elecronic system which has been floating around in cyberspace.
So, my fifty-ninth thing to do before I turn 60, is to reclaim this almost defunct art and start writing lotsa letters again.
Anyone want to get a REAL letter, let me know.
Oh, and by the way, you're all going to have to wait till the New Year for my 60th before 60!
